Jess and Chris Buy A Visitable Home!

jessandchris

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jess and Chris. They wanted a visitable home so they could welcome all of their family and friends.

For a home (house or condo) to be visitable it needs an entrance solution and a bathroom solution. A level entry is needed so everyone regardless of age or mobility can enter and exit your home. An accessible main level bathroom that is large enough for a person using a wheelchair is needed so guests can be comfortable spending time at your home.

Jess and Chris chose a Daniels pre-construction condo that will be built to be accessible including wider doors, a fully accessible bathroom (with roll under vanity and roll in shower) and a low threshold roll out door leading to the balcony. All of the building’s common areas and amenities will be fully wheelchair accessible so everyone can enjoy them when they come to visit.

Congrats Jess and Chris!
